Greens (collards, mustard, kale, dandelion- varies), green beans, peas, corn, edible flowers, figs, currents, whole grain rice, bell peppers, carrots.
Approximate sizes of rolls (they are handmade so they will vary some):
Small- 1x2"
Medium- 1.5x3"
Large- 2x4" (large also has a double wrapper)
