This sushi roll is not a "foraging roll" the way the others are, in that the insides are not hidden. But they are dry, nutritious, and keep well if you want to hide them in a toy bucket or foraging toy to be found when your birds are foraging for food. Or just give them as a treat that you know is good for your bird as well as fun, too! Wrapper: nori seaweed Insides: a layer of organic sweet brown rice and then in the center there are almonds, peas, hibiscus, purple yams, goji berries and bell peppers. These come in just one size. They are about 1" thick and 1 1/2- 2" in diameter.
